At Maple Crafts, we are proud to support Canadian-made, eco-friendly, and sustainable products. We currently ship only within Canada, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality, locally sourced crafts with care.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the supplier and product. You can find the shipping fee listed on the category page for each product before checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by supplier but generally range between 5-12 business days. Some handmade or custom items may take longer.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Where We Ship
📍 Canada Only – We currently do not ship internationally. If you're interested in shipping to the U.S., please contact us, and we may consider expanding in the future.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Some items, including personalized, handmade, or hygiene-related products (e.g., skincare, earrings, or food items), are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Email us at maplecraftsca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will provide instructions on where to send the item back (return addresses may vary by supplier).
3️⃣ Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
